Emperium s.r.o., with its registered seat at Široká 24/4, Josefov, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic, Company reg. no. 28453123, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court of Prague, File No.: C 142610 ("Emperium,") operates the website https://xiaomiwinterlaunch.cz/ (“Website”) and provides services as specified in the Terms and Conditions (the "Services") in connection with the Event as specified in the Terms and Conditions (the "Event") Emperium is organizing for its client Xiaomi. 1.2. The Website has been created exclusively for Event purposes, in particular for registration of its participants and to facilitate the travel arrangements for the Event participants and facilitating the Event logistics. Accordingly, this Privacy Policy has also been created exclusively for providing you with information about the data processing related to your use of this Website and your participation in the Event.
1.3. Since Emperium will only process your personal data on behalf of Xiaomi, following its indications and exclusively for the purpose of organizing the Event as agreed with Xiaomi, in this Privacy Policy, Xiaomi and Emperium collectively are referred to as “we” “our” or “us”.
1.4. We always process personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable legislation, such as Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the “GDPR”).
1.5. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand how we collect, process and protect your personal data if you use the Services, and what rights you have in this connection.
By entering the Website and/or using the Services and/or providing any personal data to us, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy and warrant that all personal data provided by you is accurate and that you are authorized to provide such personal data to us. 2.1. We collect, process and protect the following personal data that you provide:

- First name(s) and last name(s), nickname(s);
- Address of residence;
- Passport or other ID card details, such as passport/ID card number, place of birth, date of birth, the date of issue of the passport/ID card, date of expiry of the passport/ID card, sex;
- Food allergies;
- Nationality / Citizienship;
- Other personal data you may share when contacting us; and

To be able to provide the Services, we will ask you to provide us with the above-mentioned personal data which can be used to contact or identify you. We will use personal data exclusively to provide Services (especially to book the flight tickets and accommodation), to contact you regarding the Services we provide and share with you information related to the Event, such as your flight ticket information, or other details regarding the travel or the Event. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by reaching out to us at the email provided here in: info@xiaomiwinterlaunch.cz If you do so, please note we will not be able to send you further information about the Event.
3. Purposes of personal data Processing
3.1. We process personal data for the following purposes:
- a) Fulfillment and compliance with our contractual and statutory obligations;
- b) Organizing the Event and providing access to our Services;
- c) Providing Services and resolving any issues with regards to provision of Services;
- d) Detection, prevention and addressing of technical issues;
- e) Protection of our legitimate interests.
4. Retention and Transfer of personal data
4.1. We will retain and process personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy and only to the extent necessary to comply with our contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, exercise our rights, and protect our interests.

5.2. To the extent necessary for the provision of the Services and managing your participation in the Event, we will share your personal data personal data with third parties such as:

- b) hosting providers;
- c) third parties and partners providing services for the purpose of fulfilling the obligations arising from the provision of Services.

8.3. Please keep in mind that we respond to all enquiries within 30 days. Any requested change, once we have verified your identity and the request’s legitimacy, may take up to five (5) business days to take effect.

If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. 9.2. The Services are not addressed to anyone under the age of 18. We do not, to our best knowledge, collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or a guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from children without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
9.3. We reserve the right to amend, modify, supplement or otherwise change this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. Any new version of this Privacy Policy supersedes its previous version as of the date of effectivity of the new version.
